Abstract

The growing of nanoparticles of permanentmagnetic materialis very imortant in different application fields, infact the nanostructures are usefull in high capacity memory support, sensors and actuators, new spintronics valve and in cancer therapy. We present here preliminary results on SmCo nanoparticles and we report the X-Ray diffraction. total x ray fluorescence, Scanning images and magnetic measurements. SmCo nanoparticles could be used in hyperthermia, particular treatment of cancer cell. Hyperthermia is the procedure that increases the local temperature of cancer cells in the range of 40° - 43° and this procuced the dead of cancer cells.
