Il Design for All per l'Ambient Intelligence: il rapporto tra oggetto e informazione

Physical object and cyber object were conceived, designed and implemented for along period as two completely separated objects. With the development of more recentICT technologies and their increasing diffusion, what comes up clearly and clearlyis the importance which is connected to the fusion of these two dimensions. AmbientIntelligence scenarios provide an exhaustive description of this emerging perspective,particularly appropriate to the Design for All approach. In such scenarios, severalapplications take place, in supporting people during their daily activities. An exampleis here presented, which is relevant to the domestic framework.

L'oggetto fisico e l'oggetto informatico e/o telematico sono stati ideati, progettatied utilizzati per lungo tempo come due elementi completamente disgiunti.Con lo sviluppo delle più recenti tecnologie ICT e della loro crescente diffusione,emerge invece sempre più chiaramente la validità connessa alla fusione diqueste due dimensioni. Gli scenari dell'Ambient Intelligence forniscono unaesauriente descrizione di questa prospettiva emergente, particolarmente adattaa metodologie di progetto quali il Design for All. In essi trovano collocazioneinfatti numerose applicazioni di supporto alla persona durante le attività quotidiane.A titolo esemplificativo viene qui presentata un'applicazione in ambientedomestico.
