Source code, configuration files and scripts to deploy an instance of BioGraph. All components of the application stack are available: the Web application built with Bootstrap and jQuery, the Node.js microservice to handle graph data results from server, the Jetty microservices for the computation of p-values using the right tailed Fisher exact test, the configuration files and libraries for Apache Tinkerpop Gremlin Server, the ETL to build a brand new instance of BioGraphDB, and the script to automatically download all required data sources.
