Soil applications of dazomet at the rates of 500-1,000 kg/ha or of 1,3 dichloropropene (1,3 D) fumigant at the rates of 100-150 kg/ha increased yield of tomato and cantaloupe, with respect to the control, in fields infested by Meloidogyne incognita. Two weeks of plastic tarping or the combination of dazomet and fenamiphos or 1,3 D did not improve the performances of these chemicals. Italian Abstract. La copertura per due settimane con fogli di plastica o l'integrazione del dazomet con fenamiphos o 1,3 D non ha migliorato le prestazioni dei suddetti prodotti.
