Abstract

This paper takes into consideration the evolution of learning paths on the basis of new mobile network technologies and proposes a method based on Petri Nets to manage studying and assessment phases. Several factors are taken into account, such as network load of the location from where the user logs on, network access technologies, devices, as well as proposed activities. The Petri Net module guides each student during the whole learning process and becomes an integrant part of the e/m-Learning architecture.
