Oildynamic components are designed to work in systems whose static and dynamic characteristics vary considerably. Hence the need for test benches which simulate the performance of components in all these applications. In this paper the term 'load simulator' stands for a flexible test bench which simulates the interaction between an oildynamic component and the rest of the system which can be very complex. An oildynamic control valve for mobile applications is presented.
