The Georeferenced Interactions Database (GRID) was developed to combine different activities which take place in a marine coastal area, visualize their eventual interactions and quantify them. GRID is currently used in the framework of ECOAST Project (ERA-net COFASP 2016-2019) which aims to identify, develop and test new methodologies for spatial and temporal management of aquaculture and other activities in coastal areas. GRID is flexible enough to be used in different case studies, allowing data sharing between stakeholders and testing of future scenarios. In ECOAST Project GRID was tested in seven case studies having different ecological and socio-economic characteristics: Adriatic Sea, Ionian Sea, Black Sea, Tyrrhenian Sea, Baltic Sea, Norwegian Fjords and NE Atlantic Coasts. Here we present the preliminary results obtained in six case studies.

Abstract
Here we present the preliminary results obtained in six case studies.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
