Abstract
In this research we report on a novel ultrasensitive interferometric reflectance spectroscopy technique, namely Interferogram Average over Wavelength (IAW), enabling the sub-nanomolar and label-free detection of proteins with porous silicon (PSi) interferometers. The IAW reflectance spectroscopy improves of 4 orders of magnitude the detection limit (DL) of PSi interferometers in biosensing compared to the FFT reflectance spectroscopy technique conventionally employed.File in questo prodotto:
