This document describes the design tool-sled for the vehicle e-URoPe developed by CNR-ISSIA. Since e-URoPe is an inspection vehicle it's necessary to include various tools and sensors to have an Interaction-Intevention AUV capable of interacting with the surrounding. The tool-sled permits e-URoPe to be equipped with different types of sensors in order to make it flexible and adaptable to various applications such as sampling of water or objects, underwater manipulation, cooperation with underwater operators or with other underwater vehicles, mapping of underwater ground and detection of vegetation lying on the seabed. The tool-sled is characterised by a flexible structure, adequate to withstand external impacts. The peculiar characteristics of this part, based on the e-URoPe frame design concept, are easiness of construction, facility of re-configuration and flexibility.
