The contribution describes an ongoing IRISS research focused on place-based regeneration strategies in marginalised contexts. In the scientific debate and politica agenda, the emerging issues regard how to reverse marginalization trend in non-core areas by carrying out approaches able to enhance territorial capital and social cohesion. The IRISS research interprets the landscape as a specific asset that should be enhanced as driver to trigger new development dynamics, to achieve local attractiveness and competitiveness in many non-core areas. Abstract
In this perspective, the IRISS researchers aim at building a landscape-based mapping starting from multidimensional values recognised to landscape.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
