We present a repeatable and accurate method to pattern fluorescent particles into polymer microlens array and flexible elastomeric membranes. This method uses intense electric field generated by a Periodically Poled Lithium Niobate (PPLN) in order to direct the self-assembly electrophoretic and dielectrophoretic forces.
