In this paper we have verified, using an Italian considerable term, "abilitazione" (licensing), present in the historical databases of the CNR ITTIG, how the legal language adjusts to the historical evolution of the society-community of reference. This is attested, in our view, by the main meanings found and by the numerous related phraseological expressions that confirm the evolutionary framework that this term has assumed in almost four centuries of attestation (1550-1947).

Abstract
In this paper we have verified, using an Italian considerable term, "abilitazione" (licensing), present in the historical databases of the CNR ITTIG, how the legal language adjusts to the historical evolution of the society-community of reference. This is attested, in our view, by the main meanings found and by the numerous related phraseological expressions that confirm the evolutionary framework that this term has assumed in almost four centuries of attestation (1550-1947).File in questo prodotto:
