The activities of the Late Adult Phenotyping WG of the International Mouse Phenotyping Consortium (IMPC) are devoted to the phenotipic analysis of Late adult mice (12- 18 months). Some additional pilot testing (including SHIRPA, Body Weight assessment and Home Cage monitoring) will take place during the intervening period (5-12 months) to enhance the existing pipeline whilst animals mature. A number of new pilot tests are in development to enhance the phenotyping data. These tests take place during the period of aging between the early and later phenotyping pipelines. These include new innovations in monitoring animals in their home cages, additional clinical chemistry and novel behavioural tests.

Abstract
The activities of the Late Adult Phenotyping WG of the International Mouse Phenotyping Consortium (IMPC) are devoted to the phenotipic analysis of Late adult mice (12- 18 months). Some additional pilot testing (including SHIRPA, Body Weight assessment and Home Cage monitoring) will take place during the intervening period (5-12 months) to enhance the existing pipeline whilst animals mature. A number of new pilot tests are in development to enhance the phenotyping data. These tests take place during the period of aging between the early and later phenotyping pipelines. These include new innovations in monitoring animals in their home cages, additional clinical chemistry and novel behavioural tests.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
