Abstract

This paper presents an unconventional approach to estimation of correlation functions. The approach uses a particular information-coding technique, namely Integrative Pulse Frequency Modulation, which permits to compute correlation in a very efficient way. Simulation results have shown a good performance of the method especially at low signal-to-noise ratios, in comparison with conventional techniques.
