The Mycokey project website has been established in its own web domain. The site can be found at URL http://mycokey.eu. The website of Mycokey is organized with the double aim of external communication with all interested people and internal communication between beneficiaries. The initial use of this web platform was aimed to establish a bridge between MycoRed and Mycokey, in order to use the acquired knowledge developed in MycoRed as basis for further advances in the mycotoxin management in MycoKey. Also, since the MycoRed website was followed by a large International community dealing with mycotoxins, the consortium used this website for informing the community on the start of a new project on mycotoxins. The structure of the Mycokey website is at hand, and all parts regarding the project description and beneficiaries are filled. All the future steps are planned, in particular the update of the website when new information is available and the development of the collaborative platform. The new platform homepage shows different horizontal sections. The heading of the page includes the logo, the acronym and the title of the project, followed by the links to all aspects of project description: the project, partners, the Network, the EU-China relationship and the publications. Social media links have also been included at the top of the heading, in order to give users the possibility to share interesting content on Facebook, Twitter and Youtube channel. The interaction with the users is assured by a direct link to contact the MycoKey project (through a direct access on the newsletter page and the 'contact us' button). In this way the relationship with users and stakeholders will be maintained by a registration to the MycoKey community, which allows them to receive periodic newsletters by e-mail. The project is a static part of the website; its content is not variable during the project and contains information included in the project, as: Approach -a presentation of the overall strategy of the project; Objectives - a description of the project, in particular, the research challenges, object and context awareness; Impact -the description of the expected contribution that the project will have to EU and global cooperation on mycotoxins. The Partners is a static part with a description of all members of the Consortium, with information regarding institution, short unit description, activities and role in the project, teamwork, scientific coordinators' name, contacts and links to individual websites and contacts. The Networkis a dynamic part (to be upgraded during the project's duration) with the description of: a)MycoKey Supporting Partners that are international and regional scientific societies, producer and consumer associations, other institutions with self-funded programs,strategic alliances between MycoKey and international projects or scientific communities or bodies or organisations.The description of their role in the project is provided. b)International Societies. The most important scientific international societies are involved in the project, by supporting dissemination activities, knowledge exchange and international events organization. c)International Experts on mycotoxins from major Research Centres/Universities that participate at round tables and working groups by adding knowledge related to MycoKey with their complementary and relevant external expertise on different aspects of mycotoxin issues. Eu-Chinais a dynamic part where there is a continuous updating on: the status of the relationships between the group of Chinese Institutions and those of the European ones; the quality of the interactions between the scientific activity carried out in China and those carried out in Europe. Publications is a dynamic part where the list of publications, posters and oral presentations in meetings is provided and updated during the progress of the project. Below the heading, there is a horizontal section with rolling pictures related to the project research activity and Meetings (both Project meetings and Scientific Meetings where MycoKey members participate). The section below the rolling pictures is composed in the left part by the Scheme of the Project, a synopsis of the project in the central area and, in right, the rolling "News" section. In the lower part of the Home page, a section having links with each workpackage (WP) is placed in the left side, showing the rolling pictures of WP leaders and title of the respective WPs. By clicking on the link, the reader is addressed to the WP page. This page is a dynamic page during the project, and is routinely updated by each WP leader. The page of each WP includes the description of objectives, tasks and a brief WP Leader profile. Along the project, also the main results and the main information about the WP is included in each WP page. On the right, the section dedicated to the Events, with rolling figures of all events reported, completes this area. Finally, the lowest part of the homepage has an upper section containing the information about the most important groups of mycotoxins studied in the project, and the link with the corresponding pages where more detailed information on the mycotoxins and the links with the scientific activity carried out in the project are provided. Additionally, the downiest part of this area of the website provides information on the MycoKey Global Network (left) and the video. All information is dynamic, and is possible to roll when more information is available.Finally, the frame and the text size were studied for all the platforms and browser. The website is completely responsive, meaning that it has been built to be adapted to all kind of telematic support (mobile phone, tablet, pc).

Inoltre, la parte più delicata di quest'area del sito, fornisce informazioni sul MycoKey Global Network (a sinistra) ed il video.
