We have experienced serious problems in typing some of the supertypic specificities, viz. DQw2, DQw3, and DRw53, by cytotoxicity. In an attempt to analyze the reasons for these difficulties, we studied 23 families within the framework of the Ninth Workshop. Their members have been typed by RIA using purified, 125I-labeled class II molecules, for DC beta 3 (~DRw52), DC beta 4 (~DRw3), and BR4 (~DRw52).

Abstract
We have experienced serious problems in typing some of the supertypic specificities, viz. DQw2, DQw3, and DRw53, by cytotoxicity. In an attempt to analyze the reasons for these difficulties, we studied 23 families within the framework of the Ninth Workshop. Their members have been typed by RIA using purified, 125I-labeled class II molecules, for DC beta 3 (~DRw52), DC beta 4 (~DRw3), and BR4 (~DRw52).File in questo prodotto:
