In this paper we propose a neuro-fuzzy method for emotions prediction. On one hand we suggest taxonomy-based detection of user emotions an on the other hand we proposed neuro-fuzzy method for prediction emotions used in Twitter posts. Considered the widespread diffusion of emojis as visual devices useful to provide an additional layer of meaning to Social Media messages. Catching the attention of a new acquaintance and empathize with her can improve the social skills of a robot. For this reason, we illustrate here the first step towards a system which can be used. by a social robot in order to break the ice between a robot and a new acquaintance. Also, we considered ANFIS based system, which will be used for the prediction task.
