In Namibia, to curb the spread of the pandemic schools, colleges and universities, have been closed. Although schools have returned to some sort of hybrid form of face to face teaching, most of the tertiary institution are still implementing to a large extent, online teaching and on remote daily administration. Due to its inherent resource intense nature, and IT skills online teaching/administration poses challenges characterised by unequal distribution of resources, which, particularly for the students could increase the social and economic divide between different strata and groups of students, while question the efficiency of the remote administration system.

Abstract
