A complete set of V-T rates for the process N2(v) + N -> N2(v?) + N has been obtained by QCT method in the temperature range 500-4000 K. Particular attention has been devoted to the calculation of V-T rates for v < 10 and for v > 60. The rates have been used to assess the reliability of analytical formulas used in the literature for different non-equilibrium problems.
