The objective of this contribution is to analyse the material documentation, testifying the development of commercial and cultural exchanges at the beginning of the First Millennium BC between the eastern and western regions of the Mediterranean and, in particular, between the region we call "Phoenicia" and Sardinia. We will discuss the case of amphoras as a material testimony to these interactions.
