The Detailed Operational Plan (DOP) is an operational and living work document. This document is a general review, an implementation and a specification of the IPERION CH activities, written in the Grant Agreement. All the WP leaders and task leaders have collaborated to the drafting of this document. The fundamental idea is that, during the lifecycle of the project, this document will be continuously revised and implemented directly in the project WIKI, the project wiki space created to manage the internal communication between partners (http://wiki.iperionch.eu). The Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and the risks management are described on the basis of the Quality Management Plan (D1.2) and they will be verified and improved during the lifecycle of the project on the basis of the experience matured.
