This document aims at planning the set of actions that will be carried out to raise awareness of the objectives, of the activities and especially of the results achieved during the project lifetime. This document discusses the objectives of IPERION CH project to express the overall message that the IPERION CH consortium must spread as a result of project development (see also D11.4). Then, the targeted audiences are identified in order to maximize the effective transmission of the results achieved for each of them. The report also presents the guidelines that drive the dissemination strategy by focusing on: - the research papers to be generated, - the scientific events to be attended and/or organized, - the publicity of IPERION CH mission, - the KPIs which will be employed to evaluate the dissemination process. The timing (delivery date) of dissemination methods and tools is also reported together with their brief description and purpose. Dissemination will evolve in parallel to project development as the marketplace and stakeholder environments are likely to change during the lifecycle of the project. Hence, suitable mechanisms are defined to accommodate for these changes, reviewing progresses and the extent to which dissemination strategy is meeting objectives. These mechanisms will allow effective dissemination growth based upon the feedback obtained. This Dissemination Plan shall serve as the basis of IPERION CH dissemination to the cultural heritage community and is intended to set the guidelines for future commercialisation strategies defined within it, in connection with Task 11.2. In fact, part of the exploitation effort will involve initial exploration of possible stakeholders that could help in future commercialization efforts for different industries and applications.
