In the organizational world, we can still found rationalist and reductive visions of people and organization, considered as two independent realities. This created many critical issues. The paper shows a new way the organization and workers have to be considered, as two realities that keep evolving with synergy, in an evolutionary systemic-complex vision and a path of development were exercise a new type of leadership, as a process were people can be active with responsibility for a common goal.
Nel mondo organizzativo sono ancora prevalenti visioni razionalistiche e riduttive delle persone e dell'organizzazione considerate come due realtà indipendenti, determinando molte criticità. Il paper propone un nuova visione dell'organizzazione e delle persone al lavoro, come due sistemi evolutivi in continua evoluzione sinergica e un percorso di sviluppo dove esercitare un nuovo tipo di leadership, quale processo dove le persone si possano attivare e agire responsabilmente per un obiettivo comune.
