The training method discussed in this article is documented in the volume entitled Trame. Il teatro sociale e la formazione degli operatori socio-sanitari, Franco Angeli, 2019. Born from the creative meeting of a sociologist and a theater director, Trame was used for the first time in 2016 for the professional training of a group of nurses of a hospital in the province of Salerno. Then, it was used a second time for the professional training of social workers of the Municipality of Naples. The article will analyze the training experience showing how the Trame method, through experiential and engaging learning, has developed reflexivity in action in social and health workers. In particular, it will be shown how the trainees, like actors on a stage, learn to exercise their bodies and to create small theatrical performances, thus getting a wider view of themselves and also learning to talk about their own experiences. The theoretical and methodological assumptions that configure the Trame's theatrical laboratory are discussed below as a particular device capable of developing self-awareness, reflexivity and interpretative capacity of one's own professional plot and one's own role identity.

Abstract
The theoretical and methodological assumptions that configure the Trame's theatrical laboratory are discussed below as a particular device capable of developing self-awareness, reflexivity and interpretative capacity of one's own professional plot and one's own role identity.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
