Pluralismo giuridico e storicità del diritto. Per una implementazione dell'Indice Semantico del Lessico Giuridico Italiano

This paper offers some proposals for a reasoned implementation of the IS-LeGI database. Starting from the 35,000 terms of the Lessico Giuridico Italiano (LGI) database, an index of words has been found that could be seen as a new thematic section of the IS-LeGI database. A review of the words, and therefore of the persons and institutions playing an important role in the administration of justice over time, can provide a key to understanding the historicity of law and the various dimensions of the pluralism that has characterized our legal culture.

L'articolo illustra alcune proposte per una implementazione ragionata della banca dati IS-LeGI. Partendo dalle 35.000 voci della banca dati Lessico Giuridico Italiano (LGI) è stato individuato un indice di termini che potrebbe costituire una nuova sezione tematica della banca dati IS-LeGI. Una rassegna delle parole e quindi delle figure e delle istituzioni che nel tempo hanno amministrato la giustizia, in diversi ambiti e contesti, può fornire una chiave di lettura per cogliere la storicità del diritto e le varie dimensioni del pluralismo che ha caratterizzato la nostra cultura giuridica.
