A new fragment of the Old Comedy can be identified in Philodemus' On Arrogance (PHerc. 1008), col. 13, 3-4 Ranocchia. In this fragment, an unknown fellow is told to give an ironical judgement about a drama by, most probably, Euripides, a personality whose haughtiness and scornfulness were proverbial in antiquity.
