Abstract

In this paper we will review the latest achievements in graphene-based devices devoted to telecommunication applications and will discuss the possibility for new perspectives. Then we will report on design and characterization of radiation elements, operating over a wide operating bandwidth (> 3.5 GHz) simultaneously covering the WiFi, Bluetooth and 5G bands, that exploit highly conductive Chemical Vapour Deposition graphene.
