The Phase Retrieval problem is of high interest to numerous fields of applied science. The goal is represented by the possibility of retrieving a 2-D complex function from measurements of its square amplitude distribution plus some additional a-priori information. In this respect, an innovative approach has been recently presented and tested. By splitting the 2-D PR problem into a series of 1-D PR problems, the solution is obtained using the Spectral Factorization technique and a selection strategy resembling a crossword puzzle. Thanks to its versatility (as well as several advantages), three derivations of the proposed technique were developed addressing different kind of radiating sources. In this communication, we aim at reviewing these methods under a common framework.

Abstract
In this communication, we aim at reviewing these methods under a common framework.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
