Abstract
In the broad reflections on Artificial Intelligence, the problematicity of Paul Ekman's theory of emotion recognition from facial expression, applied in AI systems almost exclusively, has also emerged. A belated but valuable opportunity to examine its flaws more courageously, approaching more closely, first of all, what they indicate: shortcomings and gaps in the thinking about the human. A topic, vast and complex, that the new and young attention to AI can allow to be addressed in a renewed way.File in questo prodotto:
