During his long period of work at the Museum of Verona, Attilio Mottolli collected and prepared a wide amount of micro-mammals from various regions of north-eastern Italy. His collection includes over 5.000 specimens belonging to different orders of mammals of which micro-mammals are the most abundant. The specimens in this collection have been studied and published by many specialists. In this paper the species, collection sites and local distribution of the specimens are reported and discussed.
