The article deals with the critical issues that characterized approaches to organizational change in recent decades, the analysis of which has been the focus of an action research project by the Research Institute on Sustainable Economic Growth (Ircres) of the National Research Council (Cnr). It also describes the innovative methodology as output of the project, which today, in the era of covid-19, is of great use in relation to the challenges of the changes required in the world of work. The methodology proposes a paradigm leap, from the positivist vision of science characterized by prediction, management and control, to that of quantum physics, which has long shown that everything is related. The theories on the complexity of social systems have been studying these relationships, which focus on how the individual, with his own implicit epistemologies, grasps the context and then acts. The proposed methodology is characterized by having experimented with the approach of social systems in organizational contexts, taking up the inspirations of Adriano's Olivetti.

Abstract
The proposed methodology is characterized by having experimented with the approach of social systems in organizational contexts, taking up the inspirations of Adriano's Olivetti.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
