This technical report is intended as a guideline for users of the CNR-IOM beamline ALOISA, located in the Elettra Synchrotron in Trieste. State-of-the-art beamline instrumentation, hardwares and softwares are described in this report. The procedures for running standard experiments on the beamline are reported in detail. The beamline acquisition and control softwares are also described in detail.
