Abstract
The interaction of a corboxyphenylporphyrin derivative with an aliphatic diamine lead to the construction of a ditopic receptor in which the diamine acts as a spacer. These diporphyrin tweezers show interesting properties in terms of selective binding of aromatic amine ligands. Moreover the structure of the final host-guest complex can be modulated, from cyclic to linear array, by the geometrical features of the spacer.File in questo prodotto:
