The article investigates regional requests for the attribution of «additional special forms and conditions of autonomy» in the field of «international and EU relations of the Regions» through the procedure of art. 116 c. 3 Const., with the aim to assess specific content of current agreements between State and Regions. The purpose is to contribute to the delimitation of regional requests, by identifying, on the one hand, the maximum space for maneuver allowed by the Constitution and, on the other hand, possible problems of implementations that could be solved with appropriate changes or integration during the negotiation of the agreements. The institutional debate on the implementation of the asymmetry clause calls for an in-depth study to identify possible evolution of regional autonomy.

Abstract
The article investigates regional requests for the attribution of «additional special forms and conditions of autonomy» in the field of «international and EU relations of the Regions» through the procedure of art. 116 c. 3 Const., with the aim to assess specific content of current agreements between State and Regions. The purpose is to contribute to the delimitation of regional requests, by identifying, on the one hand, the maximum space for maneuver allowed by the Constitution and, on the other hand, possible problems of implementations that could be solved with appropriate changes or integration during the negotiation of the agreements. The institutional debate on the implementation of the asymmetry clause calls for an in-depth study to identify possible evolution of regional autonomy.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
