Il commento alla sentenza n. 104 del 2021 affronta il tema della collaborazione tra Stato e Regioni in materia di «incentivi e aiuti alle imprese» nel contesto della giurisprudenza costituzionale e del riparto costituzionale delle competenze nel macro-settore delle attività produttive e dello sviluppo economico, nonché in rapporto alle prospettive legate alla ripresa economica dopo la Pandemia.
La previsione di meccanismi collaborativi tra Stato e Regioni in materia di «incentivi e aiuti alle imprese» è (solo) «un'opzione che il legislatore statale può opportunamente considerare»
