The newsletter, inspired by Prof Enrico Drioli and published since 2009, is a biannual electronic publication (July/December) which includes information of interest for academic and industrial chemists, chemical engineers, materials scientists, and membranologists working on membrane systems including technological advances, relevant calls for proposals, fellowships or funding schemes in Europe as well as in China. The newsletter is prepared by CNR-ITM in cooperation with Harbin Institute of Technology, School of Municipal and Environmental Engineering, Dept of Municipal Engineering and it is sponsored by Sino- EU Membrane Science and Technology Research and Development Center, Weihai (China). The newsletter means to be a channel for communication among the membranologist research community of Europe and China and for this reason, all forms of correspondence are welcome whether to alert to an event, a job posting, research results or otherwise.
