I referendum

The article examines the statutory and legislative development of the referendum in the system of the Abruzzo Region, highlighting the substantial affinity of the discipline of this Region with respect to others and instead noting the more original choices made on the subject by other Regions. Moreover, the contribution focuses on various critical aspects of the legislation under consideration both in terms of the hermeneutics of the regulatory provisions, and in terms of compliance with the Constitution and the regional Statute.

L'articolo esamina lo sviluppo statutario e legislativo dell'istituto referendario nell'ordinamento della Regione Abruzzo, ponendo in rilievo la sostanziale affinità della disciplina di questa Regione rispetto ad altre e rilevando invece le scelte più originali compiute sul tema da altre Regioni. Peraltro, il contributo si sofferma su diversi profili critici della normativa presa in esame sia per quanto concerne l'ermeneutica delle previsioni normative, sia in termini di conformità alla Costituzione e allo Statuto regionale.
