Abstract
The mutual interaction of nonlinear surface magnetostatic spin wave pulses in a ferromagnetic film has been investigated. The formation of a bound state of two pulses induced by this interaction was experimentally observed for the rst time. This effect is explained as due to cross-phase modulation and it was related to the excitation of magnetostatic surface way solitons in the framework of nonlinear Schrodinger coupled equations.File in questo prodotto:
