Post-verità e scienza

The reproducibility and identity crises which affected science in the recent years contributed to the conditions in which the so-called post-truth era flourished. Taking into consideration the very different readings inspired by the works of Steven Shapin and Niklas Luhmann, we reflect on the possibilities of validation and democratisation of science, in light of the concept of extended peer-communities

Le crisi di riproducibilità, di identità che hanno attraversato la scienza in questi anni hanno contribuito a determinare alcune delle condizioni in cui si afferma la cosiddetta post-verità. II contributo propone una riflessione sulle modalità di validazione e democratizzazione della scienza, attraverso le letture assai diverse di Steven Shapin e Niklas Luhmann, chiamando in causa "comunità di pari allargate".
