la categoria delle «vittime del dovere» è attualmente configurata da un quadro ordinamentale assaifrastagliato. L'articolo ne esamina la disciplina normativa mettendo poi in luce la «trasformazione», avvenuta pervia pretoria, della posizione giuridica della vittima del dovere, da mero interesse legittimo a diritto soggettivo dimatrice assistenziale, imprescrittibile, indisponibile e inalienabile perché correlato ad uno status activae civitatis.
