Skin conductance (SC) monitoring during relaxation in anorexia nervosa adolescents by wearable sensors combined with wireless technologies

Methodological clarity: Patients with eating disorders may present different forms of reaction to emotional stress, not easily detectable during psychiatric assessment through self-report tools or specific questionnaires. This difficulty is increased in adolescent age when the tendency to deny the eating disorder is greater. Therefore the assessment of the autonomic arousal may give significant information on the level of emotional stress in these patients.
