The RFX-mod2 experiment will be equipped with Charge Exchange Recombination Spectroscopy and Motional Stark Effect diagnostics, both of which rely on the proper functioning of a Diagnostic Neutral Beam Injector (DNBI). However, the DNBI in the RFX-mod has been underperforming and requires intervention. This work aims to verify the hypothesis proposed for the suboptimal performance and to design a new duct with improved transmittance.

Abstract
The RFX-mod2 experiment will be equipped with Charge Exchange Recombination Spectroscopy and Motional Stark Effect diagnostics, both of which rely on the proper functioning of a Diagnostic Neutral Beam Injector (DNBI). However, the DNBI in the RFX-mod has been underperforming and requires intervention. This work aims to verify the hypothesis proposed for the suboptimal performance and to design a new duct with improved transmittance.File in questo prodotto:
