The use of Artificial Intelligence systems in the judicial field brings with it several questions, among which, the accountability issue is particularly intriguing. Therefore, in this dissertation we will face the problems arising from the use in judicial systems of AI systems, considering the issues brought by bias and black box, to start studying the accountability and liability of such systems.
