Noise maps usually relate to annual average values but citizens often deal with short time issues like congestions, rush hours which are not highlighted by common noise indicators. OUTFIT project is financed by the PRIN 2022 Italian call and aims to the prototypal creation of a dynamic acoustic map of road noise in a digital twin (DT). The DT will integrate the crowdsourced data that are able to provide time changing input in a narrow interval. The dynamic map of traffic data with the results of the noise levels and further processing, will allow an increased view of the current and potential situation, even related to eventual mitigation measures favoring the vision of political decision makers and the awareness of citizens
