The past and present impacts of climate change on the morphological stability of the Mediterranean touristic coastal areas have been recently analysed within the frame of the ongoing Interreg-Med CO-EVOLVE Project. The study has required the identification of the weather and climate extreme events occurred in the last decades along the littorals and their effects have been evaluated in relation to the present conditions of the coasts.
