Thirteen years after the 2009 earthquake that struck the Abruzzo region, the reconstruction process is ending. Public grants for reconstruction were determined by adopting an analytical model and two parametric models. The analytical model involved the isolated buildings outside historical centers while the parametric models involved Aggregate Minimum Unit - AMU (i.e. portions of Building Aggregates, BA, with homogeneous characteristics and with low or without mutual seismic dynamic interactions) inside historical centers of L'Aquila municipalities and the other municipalities. These models have some points in common, but also substantial differences, reflecting the different typological features of the built inside and outside historical centers. The paper deals with the reconstruction models adopted outside and inside historical centers, the analysis of buildings and AMU characteristics and usability ratings as well as repair and retrofit cost data obtained by funding requests. Furthermore, a comparison between the repair and retrofit cost data and peculiarities of residential buildings outside and inside historical centers is herein presented.

Abstract
Furthermore, a comparison between the repair and retrofit cost data and peculiarities of residential buildings outside and inside historical centers is herein presented.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
