Strutture ospedaliere da tutelare? L'insula dell'ospedale napoletano dei Pellegrini tra questioni di sicurezza e conservazione

Safety and functionality of Health Facilities (HFs) are challenges for all countries holding a historical and architectural heritage. Besides a number of decommissioned historical HFs, many hospitals are operational, which leads to a technical debate on the maintenance in the scope of conservation. Potential of digital technologies in the area of HF inventory condition assessment are investigated herein, and an illustrative example – the hospital Vecchio Pellegrini of Naples – is illustrated.
