Abstract
Microemulsions are thermodynamically stable and optical isotropic dispersions made up of two immiscible liquids (oil and water phases) stabilized by the presence of a surfactant. Microemulsions are completely transparent and macroscopically homogeneous. However, on a microscopic level, due to the interface created from the surfactant located between the water and oil domains, they are heterogeneous systems (Solans and Garcìa-Selma, 1997).File in questo prodotto:
