A pragmatic-critical reflection on the digitisation of knowledge and on the practices of knowledge representation have opened up new avenues for philosophical research. Philosophy has rediscovered itself as being able to use a vast and articulated concep-tual and methodological inventory with the aim of, if not to under-stand, at least to describe and interpret the new plurality of realities. Digital scholarly edition (DSE) represents an interesting and fruit-ful field of reflection and application for philosophy. This paper focuses on two aspects: how the relationship between analogue and digital is translated in the current practices of digital scholarly edi-tions, and if there is any specificity concerning DSE in philosophy
