This study aims at detecting and enacting core key competences for students’ Alternating Training scenarios by means of a reflexive Living Lab approach tested at school under the Responsible Research and Innovation framework, with reference to the system of key competences defined by EU in 2018. We focus on the implementation of Teacher and Student Living Labs, that took place in Greece, Italy and Spain during the experimentation phase of the DESCI (Developing Skills for Creativity and Innovation) project. The variety of connections between the key competences enabled and the participatory methodologies adopted is presented and debated.

Abstract

This study aims at detecting and enacting core key competences for students’ Alternating Training scenarios by means of a reflexive Living Lab approach tested at school under the Responsible Research and Innovation framework, with reference to the system of key competences defined by EU in 2018. We focus on the implementation of Teacher and Student Living Labs, that took place in Greece, Italy and Spain during the experimentation phase of the DESCI (Developing Skills for Creativity and Innovation) project. The variety of connections between the key competences enabled and the participatory methodologies adopted is presented and debated.
